摘要
针对我国大多数企业的发生炉煤气站均不设立储气柜，造成煤气产气率低的实际情况，通过对煤气站全天２４ｈ使用流量进行了实际测定，绘制了本企业煤气生产负荷的流量不均衡图．并依此制定了较为合理的实际生产流量指标，大大缩小了煤气生产与使用流量的差别，产气率提高９．６％。炉渣含碳量降低了２０％；降低了原料消耗，节约了能源。
