摘要
工业园区的规划建设对当地及周边地区的土地质量将产生重要影响 ,因此有必要将生态型土地功能区的理念纳入工业园区的规划之中。工业园生态型土地功能区是依据自然及人工特征对生态型人工复合系统或人类聚居地进行人为划分的区域。该区域应使人们在各种社会经济活动中所消耗的物资和物化劳动获得较大的经济效益的同时 ,保持生态系统的动态平衡。生态型土地功能区区划的重要理论依据是 :在对区域生态调查的基础上 ,首先对土地生态适宜度和生态敏感性两方面进行评价 ,然后根据评价结果将生态性质相似的土地进行类聚 ,并按不同的用途对该区的土地进行功能区划。最后以常熟市国际工业园案例进行实例研究 。
It is of considerable effect that industrial park may pollute land of itself and its fringes.In order to avoid such pollution,we should consider the aftereffect about the ecologically-functioned of the land when we plan industrial parks.The ecotype function of land on industrial park is man-made according to the character of multiple system or residing land on nature and manpower.The dissipative material and labor will attain considerable production in activity of community and economy in this region.In the meantime,it will keep homeostasis of biogeocenose.This paper put forward approaches of plan on ecotype function of land-use.At first,we can evaluate the land on degree of ecology and character of sensitivity through investigate on ecology,then we can gather land of the same style,and plan the land-use function region according to different uses.In succession,the authors study the industrial park of Changshu city with this method,and realize that it is feasible that harmonize on ecotype function region of land-use on industrial park and development of economy.
