摘要
北京燕山石油化工有限公司为执行GB1 793 0— 1 999新的车用无铅汽油标准 ,通过优化催化裂化装置的操作条件 (提高平衡催化剂活性 ,提升管采用干气预提升 ,并在其上游采用急冷措施 ,稳定塔采用深度稳定措施 ) ,使用降烯烃催化剂GOR DQ ,解决了催化裂化汽油烯烃含量高的问题 ,与重整汽油 ,制苯装置副产品C7~C8组分、MTBE及直馏汽油等组分调合 ,生产出了合格的新标准汽油。
By optimizing FCC operating conditions, such as using dry gas as pre lifted gas, adding quenching measures, deep stabilizing the stabilizer and employing GOR DQ catalyst for keeping high activity of the equilibrium catalyst and lowering olefin content in cracking naphtha, the problem of high olefin content in FCC naphtha was solved. Combined with blending reforming naphtha, the C 7-C 8 by product from benzene production unit, MTBE and straight run naphtha, the new specification motor gasoline have been produced successfully in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation.
