摘要
本文重点对国产、美国产FT(硫乙醇酸盐干燥培养基)及肝片、肉渣、贝瓦氏等厌氧培养基进行了比较,通过自然样品及国家标准好氧、厌氧菌梯度试验,国产FT与美国FT效果好,制作简便易行。
By gradient tests of natural samples and state standard aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, the efficacies of anaerobic media, such as, Chinese FT, American FT,slices of liver,mince meat and Bevan's medium and so on,are compared with each other. The results show that Chinese FT and American FT medium are effective and the manufacture is simple, convenient and easy to do.
