摘要
本文从蜂王幼虫的生物利用价值,食效性,营养成份3个方面对蜂王幼虫的食用开发利用价值进行了研究,结果表明:蜂王幼虫是一种营养成份非常丰富,具有很高保健功能且又有丰富资源的天然营养保健食品。
The development and utilization value of queen bee Larva as food has been studied on three aspects, which are biological utilization value, effectiveness as food and nutritional ingredients.The results show that queen bee larva is a natural nutrional health food which has many kinds of nutrients and high healthful function.
