摘要
分析了高速电机的损耗及效率 ,研究了分子泵的运行特性 ,从提高电机效率及满足分子泵的要求出发 ,讨论了电机的设计方法及工艺措施。
To improve the motor efficiency and satisfy the vacuum pump requirement, this article analyzes the efficiency and loss of the high-speed motor, studies the running characteristics of the turbomolecular pump and discusses the design concept and process measures of the motor.
