摘要
为了克服金属电缆支架易腐蚀、耗能大等缺点 ,研制开发了热固性复合材料电缆支架。对复合材料进行合理设计和加工 ,可以制造不同结构、性能各异的电缆支架。目前已研制了组装接插式、滑动层叠式、整体式电缆支架 ,可分别用于不同的场合。复合材料具有强度高、可设计性好、不蠕变、耐腐蚀和使用方便的优点。在防火性能方面 ,研制的复合材料电缆支架的氧指数大于等于 70 % ,符合防火、低烟、无卤。
To overcome a series of shortcomings of conventional metal such as corrosion and much energy consumption, made of thermal solidified composite, a cable support has been researched & developed as well as manufactured. Based on the rational design and manufacture of composite, the cable support with different structure and different properties can he made for different use, there are many types of cable support such as assembled putting in type, sliding layer type and making as a whole type ect. Composite owns a lot a advantages such as high strength, good design ability, non creepage, resistance to corrosion and convenience for use oxygen index fox cable support of composite is equal to or more than 70%, this is a good property of fire proof and it accords with the safety requirements of fire proof, low smoking and non poisonousness.
