摘要
论文采用大型动三轴试验机对花岗岩和石灰岩道碴进行了试验 ,研究了弹性特征与道碴变形随循环加载的关系 ,分析了包括道碴材质、密实度、应力状态及加载次数的影响。试验发现 ,道床弹性是其固有特性 ,主要受其材料特性影响 ,在稳定阶段 ,应力状态影响不大 ,弹性值大小离散性不大 ;花岗岩与石灰岩道碴最大的区别在于前者弹性和累积变形曲线都是稳定和平滑曲线 ,而后者弹性和累积变形曲线波动性比较大 ,反映其抵抗循环荷载的能力比较差 ,粉化、破碎和流动伴随着整个荷载作用过程中 。
Tests of granite and lime ballast were carried out by means of a large scale dynamical triaxial test machine. This paper studies the relationship of ballast deformation and elasticity with repetative loading and analyzes the effects of ballast material, density, stress state and loading cycles on ballast deformation and elastic module. It is found that ballast bed elasticity has its inherent nature and its material characteristics reflection. In stable state, stress state has little influence on ballast elasticity whose test data is not scattered. Test data of ballast deformation module and stiffness is very different from measured data obtained from track, which is much scattered and is influenced by loading. Granite ballast has stable curve of its elasticity with load cycles and accumulated deformation with load cycles in stable state. Lime ballast has undulated curve about its elasticity with load cycles in stable state, which reflects its small resistant ability to load cycles and its pulverization, crash and flow in whole loading period.
