摘要
本文阐述用有限元计算方法分析大功率柴油机曲轴在热处理过程中约束条件、工艺参数等对其变形情况的影响。应用结果表明,有限元模拟技术对曲轴热处理工艺性控制和实际生产具有很大实用价值和指导作用。
An outline is drawn of FE calculation applied to analyse the effect of constraints and technological parameters on deformation of the crankshaft of a high power diesel engine in the process of heat treatment. The application has shown that FE simulation is of great value to the technological control of heat treatment, and has a considerable instructive effect on actual production.
