摘要
燃烧器一、二次风混合位置是燃烧着火稳燃的关键。文中介绍了在燃烧器喷口采用加装导流板的方法 ,推迟二次风混入一次风气流中 ,并利用正交试验及方差分析研究导流板的结构及安装尺寸对混合位置的影响 ,得到对混合位置影响最大的因素 ,对工程设计有重要指导意义。图 2表
The mixing point of primary air and secondary air of burner is a key parameter for the flame stabilization of fuel. In this paper, it is reported that the mixing point of secondary air mixing to primary air is postponed though adding baffler. The influences of design parameter and installation size of baffler on mixing point are studied suing orthogonal test and variance analysis. The foremost influence parameter on mixing point is obtained. The results are of practical significance for retrofiting design of the burner.
