摘要
角管锅炉是一种新型结构锅炉 ,它具有结构紧凑、节约钢材 ,便于组装和整装等特点 ,特别是对于较大容量的角管锅炉可大幅度降低锅炉的钢耗以及相应的制造成本和安装费用 ,创造可观的经济效益。本文从系列化和优化设计开发角度叙述了系列角管式热水锅炉的设计要求及其与常规链条锅炉的比较。
The corner tube boiler is a kind of new-type boiler,it has characteristics of compact structure,steel saving and avilable to assembly.Especially to large capacity corner tube boilers,its steel consump-tion,accordant maufacturing cost and mounting cost are cut down sharply,therefore,the new-type boiler gets much better economic benefit.The article describes designing requirement of the series of corner tube boilers in the aspects of boiler seriation and optimization design and its comparision with the convention design and its comparision with the converntional chain boiler.
