摘要
在锅炉检验中 ,发现几台同类型锅炉的集汽联箱的管座角焊缝 ,均在相同一侧出现裂纹。通过详细分析得出 :应力集中、存在强度薄弱区、应力腐蚀是产生裂纹的主要原因。针对以上几种情况 。
In the boiler's inspection,some fillet weld's crackles were found on the same side of the header of steam collecting channel for some boilers that had the same style.The analysis results showed that stress concentration,existence of the weakness region of mechanical strength,and stress corrosion were the material causes for fillet weld's crackles.Finally,the correct processing methods for these problems were presented.
