摘要
高温冷凝水回收装置是密封式冷凝水回收系统的关键设备。装置将喷射泵和离心泵结合起来 ,利用喷射泵的增压原理来解决离心泵在泵送高温饱和凝结水时的汽蚀问题。文章从理论上分析了在回收装置条件下喷射原理和单纯喷射泵的喷射原理之间的差别 ,提出在回收装置条件下喷射方程推导的一些基本概念 ,并在此基础上推导在回收装置条件下的喷射基本方程和汽蚀方程 ,建立了回收装置条件下的效率方程、特征方程和性能方程。
High temperature condensate return facility is the key equipment in a closed condensate return system. Combined with jet pump and centrifugal pump, the new facility can solve the cavitations exist in transporting high temperature saturated condensate of centrifugal pump by increasing the pressure of jet pump. The dissertation analyses the differences between the theories of jetting under the return facility and that of single jet pump so as to set forth some basic concepts of jetting formulas under the condition of return facility. Consequently, the basic jetting formulas and the formulas of cavitations under that condition can be deduced, so as the efficiency formulas, characteristic formulas and performance formulas.
