摘要
风扇 /压气机是航空涡轮发动机的关键部件之一 ,高推重比发动机对它们提出了更高的要求 ,出现了一些新的技术问题需要加以研究解决。本文评述了风扇 /压气机的发展趋势 ,对于提高其性能的主要措施如高叶片速度 ,低展弦比 ,高通流进口级 ,掠形叶片技术 ,大小叶片气动布局等都作了详尽程度不同的评述。风扇 /压气机内的非定常流动不仅影响气动性能 ,而且影响可靠性 ,如高周疲劳、失速和颤振等 ,应加强研究。现代计算流体力学为我们提供了跨越式发展的可能性。本文对今后工作提出了建议。
Fan/compressor is one of the key components of turbo jet engines.As higher performance is demanded by the engines with higher thrust/weight ratio,some new techniques appeared and were needed to be further studied.The development trend of fan/compressor is described.The main measures for improving performance,such as high blade speed,low aspect ratio,high through flow inlet stage,swept blade,splittered vane rotor,are discussed.Unsteady flow in fan/compressor not only affects its gasdynamic performance,but also reliability,since high cycle fatigue,stall and flutter will cause serious machine damage.CFD provides possibility of fast development of our fan/compressor techniques.Further researches are proposed in this paper.
