摘要
目的:研究桩冠修复中不同余留牙体高度与箍效应之间的关系,分析其应力分布特点,探讨不同牙体高度对箍效应的影响。方法:建立上颌中切牙烤瓷核桩冠三维有限元模型,模拟临床两种箍效应的3种牙体高度,通过三维有限元方法分析牙本质受力情况。结果:①随着余留牙体高度的降低,桩冠的应力分布呈现出从颈部向根中部应力逐渐增高的趋势。②核颈环组的应力低于冠包绕组的应力。结论:随着余留牙体高度的降低,箍效应会逐渐减少,但保留1mm的牙体高度也可以提供箍效应。
Objective: To investigate the relation of various remaining coronal tooth structure on ferrule effect in postcrown, to analyze the stress distribution, and to discuss the effect of various remaining tooth structure on ferrule effect inpost crown. Methods: The model of a maxillary central incisor restored with post and PFM crown was built by three-dimensional finite element methods. By imitating three remaining tooth structure of two ferrule effect, the dentin stresswas analyzed by 3D-FEM. Results: ①The stress distribution had an increasing tendency from tooth cervical part to rootmiddle part with the reduction of the residual tooth altitude. ②The stress of the core collar wrapping group was less thanthe stress of crown wrapping group. Conclusions: The ferrule effect had a decreased tendency with the reduction of theresidual tooth altitude. It can offer ferrule effect even if the ferrule length was 1 mm.
