摘要
目的 比较化学固化氢氧化钙与光固化氢氧化钙用于间接盖髓的临床效果。方法 选择了有深龋或可复性牙髓炎的 136例患牙 ,分成 2组 ,分别进行化学固化氢氧化钙和光固化氢氧化钙间接盖髓治疗。结果 化学固化氢氧化钙组治疗 6 7例患牙 ,成功率 92 .5 % ,光固化氢氧化钙组治疗 6 9例患牙 ,成功率85 .5 %。 (P >0 .0 5 )
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two types of calcium hydroxide applying in indirect pulp capping.Methods 136 teeth,suffered in deep caries or reversible pulptis,divided into two groups, group one (67)were treated by self cured calcium hydroxide, group two(69)by light cured calcium hydroxide. Results The effective rate of group one was 92.5%, the effective rate of group two was 85.5%. ( P >0.05)Conclusion Significant difference was not found between two groups.
