摘要 研究了膜反应器中的乙苯脱氢过程,与固定床相比,选择性由92~95%提高到97~99.7%;在水/乙苯比为1:1(m)时转化率提高了一倍;甚至在无水条件下,反应也能稳定进行,且转化率超过了平衡转化率。 The dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene is carried out in a membrane reactor at 793 K.An inorganic membrane which is hydrogen perm-selective is located between the catalyst bed and permeation chamber. The catalyst is normally operated at 773~993 K in a fixed-bed reactor with feed of W/E (Water/Ethylbenzene)=1~3. The results show that conversion is higher than that of equilibrium; selectivity to styrene formation is enhanced from 92~95% to 97~99%; the catalyst with feed of W/E=0~1 can operate steadily for 18 hrs.without the formation of carbon deposit. However, the same catalyst operated in a fixed-bed reactor under the same conditions is almost completely deactivated in less than 2 hrs.
