采用CLW-1轴瓦腐蚀模拟试验机,研究了ZDDP与丁二酰亚胺的相互作用对油品抗氧抗腐性能的影响,丁二酰亚胺单剂对油品抗氧抗腐性能的影响,以及油品酸值与轴瓦腐蚀的关系.还利用^(31)P-NMR和薄层色谱分析方法探讨了ZDDP的分解产物及其作用.试验结果表明,丁二酰亚胺单剂没有抗氧抗腐作用,而且还加重了轴瓦的腐蚀,但与ZDDP复合后,可以克服其对轴瓦的不利影响,并有一定的增效作用。ZDDP在轴瓦腐蚀试验初期的分解速度较快,分解后生成的某些中间产物具有抗氧抗腐作用。还改进了鉴定ZDDP的薄层色谱方法。
The effect of interaction between ZDDP and succinimides as well as succinimide alone, on the antioxidation and anticorrosion behavior of lubricating oil has been studied by using model CLW-1 testing machine simulating automotive crankcase. The relationship between acidity of the oil and the corrosion of bearing insert has also been studied. ^(31)p-NMR and TLC are used to study the decomposition of ZDDP and the effect of decomposition products. The results indicate that the succinimide alone has no antioxidation and anticorrosion effect but, in addition, cause more severe oxidation and corrosion. When complexed with ZDDP the bad effect of using succinimide alone can be eliminated and displays a synergetic effect. ZDDP decompose rather fast in the early stage of the corrosion test and some of its decomposation products are effective in antioxidation and anticorrosion. The TLC method for ZDDP identification is also improved.
