摘要 本文对不同活化能、频率因子,反应物浓度和流量进行了简单一级反应的多态行为模拟计算,得到了冷却介质流量改变时着火温度和熄火温度的关系。用邻二甲苯蒸气在V_2O_5催化剂存在下进行氧化反应的实验研究,所得熔盐流量对多态域的影响规律与计算结果一致。 Computer simulation of multiple steady-state zone is completed for a single, first-order reaction carried out in wall cooled reactors. Information obtained is concerned with ignition temperatures and extinction temperatures subject to activation energy, pre-exponential factor, reactant concentration and flow rate. Vapor phase oxidation of o-xylene over V_2O_5 catalysts has been taken as a reaction system for experimental verification of multiplicity zone simulation. Although the reaction is much complicated than the simple, firstorder one, measured multiplicity still reveals similar tendency comparing with the calculation.
