摘要
文章从城乡发展与土地利用的演变历史分析着手 ,进一步论述城市化与土地利用 ,粮食生产与土地利用之间相互关系 ,在此基础上 ,提出城乡一体化 ,合理规划城乡土地利用的新思路 ,即科学地估算城市与农业用地的需求量 ,通过逐步逼近、综合协调的方法 ,达到各需其数与各得其所。
Development of te city and countryside is generally a process of urban land expansion accompanied by not only the cultivated land decreasing and its quality deteriorating but also the rural people transferring into the city.After reviewing the evolution history of urban and rural land use,the concerns of this paper are,first,devoted to explore the relationship between urbainzation,food yield and land use; and then,to discuss the urban and rural integration.Based upon the discussion,new idea of rational planning for urban and rural land use is proposed.It is argued that only by rational planning can the land use meet the needs not only for urban and rural development but also for the cultivated land protection.
