摘要
本文介绍C_5/C_6烷烃异构化催化剂放大结果及该催化剂在1000t/a中型装置上的运转情况,在反应温度260℃,反应压力2～2.2MPa,进料质量空速为1h^(-1),氢油摩尔比为2.7时,C_5异构化率过62%以上,C_6异构化率达83%以上,C_6选择性(2,2二甲基丁烷占己烷)18%以上,裂解率小于3%,催化剂达到了国外同类技术的先进水平.其工艺放大是成功的.
The results of scale-up of catalyst manufacture and the performance of this catalyst on a small C_5/C_6 isomerization plant with a capacity of 1000 t/a are presented. Under operation conditions of 260 C reaction temperature,2～2.2 MPa reaction pressure, 1h^(-1) WHSV and 2.7 H_2/feed mole ratio, the rates of C_5 and C_6 isomerization are over 62%and 83% respectively, C_6 selectivity (as 2,2-dimethylbutane) is above 18% ,and the rate of hydrogenolysis is less than 3%,indicating that the performance of the catalyst has reached the foreign advanced level and the scale-up of its manufacture is successful.
