摘要
运用 DSC、IR 和 NMR 分析技术研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的热分解机理及其抗氧化性能。结果表明,ZDDP 热分解历程为:由分子内异构化反应,导致β-氢原子内消除反应及亲核取代反应,经一系列复合反应生成各种最终产物。ZDDP 热分解产物是其抗氧化作用的主要成分。
DSC,IR and NMR were used to study the mechanism of the thermal deco-mposition of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate(ZDDP)and its antioxidative perfor-mance.The results show that,as temperature increases,inter-molecular iso-merization occurs and is followed by competitive reaction between β-hydrogenelimination and nucleophilic substitution.Various final decomposition productsare formed by a series of complicated reactions.It is also found that the decom-position products of ZDDP are the main components contributing to its anti-oxidative performance.
