摘要
目的 探讨脑星形细胞瘤动态CT指标与血管内皮生长因子表达 (VEGF)的关系。资料与方法 搜集动态CT扫描资料完整、手术病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤 38例 ,并根据动态CT扫描的时间 密度曲线分析瘤组织的TBRP、TBRL、S(曲线升段斜率 )、AR(动态曲线下面积 )。同时采用免疫组化技术对瘤细胞内胞浆内的VEGF进行染色 ,分析VEGF的表达程度 ,并将其与时间 密度曲线分析结果相对照。结果 星形细胞瘤的VEGF表达与其病理级别、临床预后密切相关。Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤与Ⅰ、Ⅱ级之间 ,TBRP、TBRL、S、AR相差显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。TBRP、TBRL、S、AR均与VEGF表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。结论 星形细胞瘤动态CT扫描强化的幅度及模式与VEGF表达密切相关 。
Objective To study the correlation of dynamic CT indices with VEGF expression in brain astrocytoma.Materials and Methods Dynamic CT scanning was performed in 38 patients with surgically and pathologically proved astrocytoma. Based on time density curve, the indices, including TBRP, TBRL, ascending slope of time density curve (S) and the area under the time density curve were calculated. VEGF within the tumor cells of the specimen was dyed with immunohistochemical method. VEGF expression was measured and compared with the dynamic CT indices.Results VEGF expression in astrocytoma was well correlated with the pathological grade and clinical prognosis. Significant difference in TBRP, TBRL, S and area existed between grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ and grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ (P<0.05). TBRP, TBRL, S and area showed a positive correlation with VEGF expression (P<0.05).Conclusion The extent and pattern of enhancement in astrocytoma on dynamic CT scan have a close correlation with VEGF expression. It is workable to evaluate VEGF expression of astrocytoma with dynamic CT scanning.
