茶色素对紫外线照射致小鼠皮肤光老化的防护效应 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究茶色素对紫外线照射致小鼠皮肤光老化的防护效应。方法:用比色法测定小鼠皮肤组织的总抗氧化能力与脂质过氧化产物——丙二醛的含量。结果:灌胃和外涂茶色素均能明显提高经紫外线照射的小鼠皮肤组织总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),明显降低组织中丙二醛的含量(P<0.05)。结论:茶色素能防治紫外线照射引起的自由基损伤,减缓皮肤光老化。 Objective:To study the protective effect of tea pigments on mice skin photoaging induced by UV irradiation. Method:Total antioxidative ability and content of lipid peroxidation products malondialdehyde in the skin of mice were examined with colorimetry. Result: By ig or smearing,tea pigments could significantly improve total antioxidative ability and decline content of malondialdehyde in UV-irradiation-induced skin photoaging mice. Conclusion:The results suggested that tea pigments could prevent mice skin from free radicals injury resulting from UV irradiation and moderate skin photoaging.
