无相变多组分轻烃管壳式换热器电算程序

摘要 本程序主要以贝尔模型为基础,采用目前我国使用的换热器标准 F_A、F_B 系列,在传热和水力计算上充分考虑了换热器各个结构参数和流体流型变化和漏液的影响,多组分轻烃以 SHBWR 气液平衡模型为基础计算所需的物性数据。该程序适用于介质为无相变多组分轻烃和水的换热器计算,计算结果精确,比较切合现场实际。 This program is based on Bell model for F_A, F_B heat exchanger series incommon use in China.The heat transfer and hydraulic calculation take acco-unt of the structure parameters of heat exchanger,the variation of flow typeand the short circuit of flow current.The physical properties of light hydro-carbon mixture are calculated basically from the SHBWR model.The calculatedresult by this program is accurate and close to practical test in use for heatexchange between light hydrocarbon mixture and light hydrocarbon mixtureand water system without phase change.
