催化裂解是近年来开发的生产气体烯烃,特别是丙烯的新工艺。济南炼油厂一套闲置的催化裂化装置经过改造,已于1990年11月进行了催化裂解工业应用。工业应用验证了中型试验结果,并提供了催化裂化装置改造为催化裂解及新装置建造的依据。
DCC(Deep Catalystic Cracking)is a novel process developed by RIPP forthe production of gaseous olefin,especially propylene.An idle FCC unit in Ji-nan Refinery has been revamped to DCC operation since November,1990.Thecommercial result consists well with that of pilot plant and provides experie-nce for the revamping of FCC unit to DCC unit as well as for the design andconstruction of new DCC unit.
