摘要
现代发酵技术的首要条件是纯种培养和大规模集约化生产。固态发酵技术关键问题是缺乏符合现代工业要求的固态发酵反应器。压力脉动固态发酵反应器是一个对密闭低压容器内的气相压力施以周期脉动 ,使发酵料层内的气相传质由分子扩散变为强制对流扩散 ,解决了固态发酵传热、传质差和难于大规模纯种培养等问题。目前 ,压力脉动固态发酵反应器已成功地从实验室放大到工业级生产规模 ,应用范围涉及到抗生素、酶制剂、有机酸、食品添加剂。
