摘要 研究了环戊二烯加氢制环戊烯的工艺技术。重点考察了氢气压力、搅拌速度、催化剂投入量、反应温度和催化剂活性稳定性等加氢工艺条件。环戊二烯加氢的条件为:催化剂投料量0.3%~0.6%,氢气压力0.8~1.5MPa,搅拌速度大于600转/分,加氢温度小于32℃。在理想的条件下,使用细颗粒 Pd/C 催化剂,环戊二烯转化率大于95%,环戊烯选择性大于90%。 The studies on preparation of cyclopentene by the hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene were carried out.The conditions of hydrogenation,such as the hydrogen pressure,the stirred rate,the concentration of catalyst,the reaction temperature and the active life time,along with the changes in the conversion and selectivity of hydrogenation dependent upon these dements were studied in this paper.Under the optimized reaction conditions,the conversion of the hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene was higher than 95%,and the selectivity to cyclopentene was also above 90% in the presence of Pd/C fine catalyst at a reaction temperature of 30 to 32℃,a stirred rate of>600rpm,a hydrogen pressure of 0.8~1.5 MPa,,and a catalyst concentration of 0.3%~0.6%.The purity of product was higher than 98%.
