摘要
运用模糊聚类分析,对待加工原油先测定易测的6项性质指标,把它与过去积累的原油评价数据进行归类处理,将待加工原油归属最接近的原油特性及蒸馏收率分布,作为加工方案确定的依据;克服了以往评价原油的化验工作滞后于加工的现象,利用已开发的原油评价的自学习方法;及时为优化生产、精制产品和防护设备等方面起指导作用。
The application of the fuzzy cluster method to classify a crude oil in ac-cordance with its six property items and the accumulated evaluation data ofother crude oils is discussed.The refining scheme for the crude oil in questioncan be decided on the basis of the properties and distillate yield distributionof the most closely clustered crude oil.Thus the problem that detailed crudeoil evaluation works usually lagging behind the actual refining Call be overco-me.This method is useful to promptly guide the optimal production,producttreatment,equipment maintenance,etc.of the refinery.
