摘要
15W/40 CD级油的关键性能是1-G_2发动机试验的高温清净性。本文通过选择较低蒸发损失的基础油和增加复合剂中的清净剂皂含量与无灰分散剂的比例,明显地改善了柴油机油的高温清净性,并将复合剂加入量从国内目前的13%降低到8.5%。所调制15W/40CD 级油的性能和质量达到 AP(?) CD 级油要求,而且在斯太尔91系列卡车实车试验中得到较满意的使用性能。
The high temperature detergency as evaluated by 1-G2 test method is themain performance requirement of 15W/40 CD diesel engine oil.In this paper,this performance has been improved significantly by using base oil with lowevaporation loss and increasing the ratio between soap in detergent and ashle-ss dispersant in packaged additive.This leads the content of package additivein 15W/40 CD diesel engine oil to reduced from 13wt% to 8.5wt%.The obtai-ned engine oil meets requirements of API service category CD and appearedsatisfactory service performance in field tests on STEYR model 91 trucks.
