摘要
为了适应我国车用汽油的升级换代和增产芳烃的需要,在 CB-6低铂铼重整催化剂的基础上,石油化工科学研究院和长岭炼油化工厂开发了新一代铂铼重整催化剂 CB-7。CB-7与 CB-6相比,铂含量低30m%,而活性略高,选择性稍逊,稳定性约为 CB-6的1.5倍。在中型试验装置上与具有先进水平的国外同类型催化剂 A 相比,CB-7的选择性和稳定性稍优,用于生产芳烃的重整效果稍佳,表明 CB-7的反应性能具有国际先进水平。
A new generation low Pt-Re reforming catalyst CB-7,has been developed by RIPP and Changling Refinery on the based of the current low Pt-Re CB-6 catalyst in order to meet the requirement of raising the octane level of do-mestic motor gasoline as well as increasing the aromatics yield in China.Incomparison with CB-6,CB-7 catalyst has a 30% lower Pt content,slightly hi-gher activit,little bit lower selectivity,and 1.5 times higher stability.CB-7catalyst has also been compared with a modern high performance foreign Pt-Re catalyst(A)of the same category in pilot plant runs,showing that CB-7is little higher in selectivity and stability and is more suitable for aromaticsproduction,indicating that the performance of CB-7 is equivalent to the adva-nced level of foreign catalyst of the same category.
