摘要
九江炼油厂催化裂化装置掺炼渣油后,为了抑制催化剂的镍中毒,曾使用过进口钝化剂,当催化剂镍含量为4500ppm 时,氢产率降低50%以上,焦炭产率降低7~8%。工业试用证明,新研制的 MP-25金属钝化剂与进口钝化剂有相近的钝化效果,当催化剂镍含量在6000~6700ppm 时,可根据生产需要,将干气中氢含量控制在35V%,H_2/CH_4≈2,催化剂上镍/锑比约2~4:1(m)。
An imported metal passivator has been used in the FCCU of Jiujiang Re-finery,resulting a>50% reduction of H_2 make and a 7~8% reduction of cokeyield when the Ni content of equilibrium catalyst reached 4500 ppm.Comme-rcial tests indicate that the novel MP-25 passivator has the same effect asthe imported passivator.When the Ni content of equilibrium catalyst reaches6000~6700 ppm,the use of MP-25 can withhold the H_2 make below 35V%with H_2/CH_4≈2 and Ni/Sb ratio at 2~4:1(m)in accordance with the requi-rements of processing.
