摘要
本文对评价汽油机油氧化安定性的 DSC 法的试验条件及操作进行了改进。考察了 DSC试验各因素对油品氧化诱导期的影响,提出用一次性使用的铝皿代替金皿进行试验,并适当地降低了试验压力,简化了操作。试验结果与ⅢD 发动机试验油品粘度增长通过时间有较好的对应关系。
The testing conditions and procedures of differential scanning calorimetric(DSC)method for evaluating the oxidation stability of gasoline engine oilhave been modified.Factors in DSC test that affect the oxidation inductionperiod have been investigated,suggesting the use of aluminum pan in the pl-ace of gold pan and appropriately reducing the oxygen pressure,thus simpli-fying the testing operation.The results correlate well with the viscosity inc-teasing tendency ot the oil obtained by ⅢD engine test.
