摘要
文化传统对教育信息化有着重大的影响 ,表现在物质、制度、观念三个层面 ,且三个层面对教育信息化的影响呈递增关系。
Cultural tradition can exercise important influence on educational informatics.This is demonstrated on the following three aspects:material,system and conception,whose influence on educational informatics increases progressively.
