摘要
结合抚顺石油二厂硫酸烷基化装置引进的 Stratco 技术,使产品辛烷值(马达法)提高2.5~3个单位、酸耗下降30%的情况,分析了 Stratco 反应器乳化液循环和流出物致冷工艺的技术特点,讨论了装置开工用异丁烷的组成与控制反应的条件、酸沉降段的操作与建立乳化液循环、脱水与降低酸耗、排放惰性气与提高流出物中异丁烷浓度等相互间的关系,并提出了相应的建议和技术措施。
With the MON of alkylate being enhanced by 2.5~3 units and acid consu-mption being reduced by 30% for the H_2SO_4 alkylation unit in Fushun No.2Refinery after the adoption of Stratco technology,the features of the circula-ting emulsion in the Stractor reactor and the effluents used for refrigerationpurpose are analyzed.Relationships between the composition of isobutane forstart-up and the control of operating conditions;the operation of acid settli-ng stage and the establishment of circulating emulsion;the dewatering andthe reduction of acid consumption;as well as the vent of inert gases and theisobutane content in effluents are discussed.Relevant suggestions are alsogiven.
