本文概述了在催化重整装置工艺管线设计中选用5.0Cr-0.5Mo 钢管存在的一些问题。对5.0Cr-0.5Mo 与1.25Cr-0.5Mo 钢管在各方面分析比较后,认为在催化重整装置临氢作业的高温高压工艺管线宜选用1.25Cr-0.5Mo 钢管。一套400kt/a 催化重整装置如选用1.25Cr-0.5Mo 钢管作为抗氢蚀钢管,可节约25.67×10~4美元。
Some problems existing in the selection of 5.0Cr-0.5Mo alloy steel pipein the design of the catalytic reforming units are discussed.By comparisonbetween 5.0Cr-0.5Mo and 1.25Cr-0.5Mo alloy steel pipes in various aspects,it is believed that the selection of 1.25Cr-0.5Mo alloy steel pipe instead of5o0Cr-0.5Mo alloy steel pipe for hydrogen service at high-temperature andpressure in catalytic reforming unit can be beneficial in both resistance tohydrogen attack and economics.For a 400kt/a catalytic reforming unit aboutU.S.$25.67x10^4 can be saved.
