摘要
为了了解浙江省民营医院的现状及其发展趋势,普查了浙江省温州市19家民营医院,采用问卷调查的方式对民营医院的服务能力、经营状况等作了调查。根据调查结果,分析了浙江省民营医院现状,探讨了民营医院与公立医院相比的优势及民营医院存在的主要问题。同时还对浙江省民营医院的发展趋势作了预测:实行医疗机分类管理后,民营医院的发展趋势是营利性医院。在此基础上,提出了若干政策性建议:民营医院介入营利性医疗机构;民营医院在政策方面应享有国民待遇;完善营利性医疗机构配套政策的改革;加强内涵建设;要创专科特色品牌。
To know the current status and developing trend of the hospitals owned by the pulic operated by the civil in Zhejiang province, this study select Wenzhou area as typical study, where the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil is the most concentrative area in Zhejiang province. Then we investigate all 19 hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil in Wenzhou area of Zhejiang province. With questionnaires, we investigate medical services capacity and financial status of the hospitals. Based on results, we analysis current status of the hospitals owned by the public operated bythe civil in Zhejiang province. Especially we probe into the advantages comparing the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil with the public hopitals and the main problems. In addition, the article forecast the developing trend of the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil in Zhejiang province. After medical institutions sorting management, the developing trend of the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil is for - profit hospital. Based on these findings, policy suggestions and recommendations to the hospitals owned by the public operated by the civil are discussed. That is as followings: transforming into for - profit hospitals, taking favorable treatments, supporting policy of for - profit medical institutions, intensifying connotation, setting up characteristic medical treatments.
