摘要
在经济全球化和经济知识化的双重背景下，各国对制造业在国民经济中的地位和作用有了更深刻的认识。工业发达国家均从战略高度关注制造业的发展大计，优先发展各自确立的关键技术，相继实施一系列先进制造技术发展计划，并研究和应用面向２１世纪的现代制造模式，以振兴和提升其产业竞争力。借鉴各国经验，对推动我国制造业的变革与发展具有重要的启示意义。
In the context of global economy and knowledge economyl every country has further understanding of manufacturing industry position and role in national economy. The developed countries all pay a good deal of attention to manufacturing industry development strategy, determine respectively deceive technologies to re- search, implement a series of program for advanced manufacturing technology, and study modern manufacturing modes for the 21 century, in order to enhance and promote the competence of manufacturing industry. It is en- lightened to learn from other countries to speed the process of manufacturing industry innovation and development in China.
