摘要
目的 分析猫爪草胶囊治疗颈部淋巴结结核的效果。方法 对 2 0 4例病人随机分为两组 :对照组常规应用异烟肼、利福平、链霉素、吡嗪酰胺抗结核治疗 ;治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用猫爪草胶囊。结果 治疗组的临床治愈例数明显高于对照组 ,疗程明显缩短。结论 猫爪草胶囊 +抗结核药物治疗颈部淋巴结结核 ,有缩短疗程、提高疗效的作用 。
Objective To analyse the therapeutical effect of Maozhaocao Capsule on cervical lymphonodus tuberculosis.Methods 204 cases were divided randomly into control group(HRZS) and treatment group (Maozhaocao capsule and HRZS).Results More cases were cured in treatment group.Cases in treatment group recovered sooner than the ones in control group.Conclusion It could short therapeutical course and improve therapeutical effect by applying Maozhaocao Capsule and antituberculous drugs on cervical lymphonodus tuberculosis without drug side-effect.
