摘要
目的 :临床评价东菱精纯克栓酶治疗脑梗塞患者的疗效。方法 :所选病例按发病时间分为 4组 ,观察治疗前后临床疗效、实验室指标及脑梗塞体积的变化。结果 :治疗前与治疗后各组疗效差异显著。纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积变化明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;脑梗塞体积亦有明显变化 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :东菱精纯克栓酶是治疗脑梗塞的理想药物 。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of DF-521 in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:All cases were divided into four groups according to the originate time.The change of the clinical effect,the items of laboratory and cerebral infarct volume were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,all cases using DF-521 showed evidently lower contents of the serum fibrinogen ( P <0.01) and smaller cerebral infarct volume ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion:DF-521 is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
