摘要
一个独立高效的金融监管体制 ,对于预防和化解金融风险 ,保证金融市场和国民经济的健康发展具有深刻的意义。近十几年来 ,中国的金融监管制度在逐步趋向成熟和完善 ,但是仍存在许多矛盾和问题。同时 ,随着金融业竞争的深化和信息产业化的发展 ,国际上出现了银行、证券、保险三业间混合经营的趋势。加入WTO后 ,实行混业经营的外资银行将逐步进入中国 ,对中国目前的分业监管模式带来很大的挑战。所以 ,我们必须从中国国情出发 ,提高监管水平 。
An independent and highly efficient system of financial supervision is of deep significance to prevent and dissolve the financial risks and to assure the sound development of financial markets and national economy.In recent years,the financial supervisory system of China has been tending to maturity and perfectibility,but there are still many contradictions and problems.With the intensification of financial competition and the development of information industrial modernization.the mixture trend of banking,security and insurance is arising in an international sphere.After China's entry into WTO,the foreign banks dealing with all financial business will enter China progressively,which will give a great challenge to the current financial supervisory pattern of China supervising separately banking security and insurance.Therefore,we must heighten the standard and improve the system of financial supervision.
