摘要
介绍了安全阀铁心磁性能测试系统的结构、测量原理、系统软件界面设计。结合实例 ,对其测试结果以及产生误差的因素作了分析。该系统可实现磁性参数测试过程自动化 。
The structure,testing principle and boundary design of the system software for test system of the performance core of security valve are introduced in this paper. At the measuring an actual sample, the testing object and producing factor are analyzed. This system can realize the automatic test of magnetic performance. This system is applied in research of magnetic performance core of safety valve and inspection of products.
