摘要
目的 :通过对手术术式的研究改进 ,更好地处理睑袋整复术中的皮肤与肌肉松垂问题 ,以取得良好的近期、远期效果。方法 :在传统的皮瓣法、肌皮瓣法和结膜进路 3种手术方法[1 ] 的基础上 ,结合大量临床实例 ,采用皮下、眼轮匝肌下两层分离法实施睑袋整复。结果 :通过对 2 3 7例患者实施两层分离法睑袋整复术 ,以及和传统术式的结果进行对照研究 ,显示此术式能够达到更好的临床美容效果。结论 :皮下、眼轮匝肌下两层分离法睑袋整复术能够更好地处理睑部皮肤与肌肉的松垂问题 ,使其达到解剖复位 ,远期效果更佳。
Having improved the surgery model,we solved baggy deformity of eyelids and epible pharon better,and accept better impression in the near future or at a specified future Method:Building on skin flap cosmetology,Myocutaneous flap cosmetology and direct conjunctival flap way,we use a new method named anaplasty of eyelid & pouch Result:This method were actualized on 237 patients,it had better clinic result Conclusion:Anaplasty of eyelid & pouch is one of the regular hairdressing aesthetical and plastic surgery It could solve baggy deformity of eyelids and epible pharon better,and accept better impression in the near future or at a specified future
