摘要
目的:研究薄层扫描法测定芪山抗癌胶囊中苦参碱的含量。方法:采用TLC色谱,以环己烷-醋酸乙酯-丙酮-浓氨试液(4:6:8:0.5)为展开剂,碘化铋钾试液显色,检测波长λ_S=530nm,λ_R=620nm。结果:平均回收率为100.5%,相对标准偏差为0.54%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用作该制剂的定量分析方法。
To determine matrine in Qishan Kangai capsule by TLC-scanning and study the methodology of the determination. Methods: 0.4% CMC of silica gel plate; the developer was cyclohexane: EtOAc: Me_2CO: concentrated ammonium solution (4:6:8:0.5); coloured with KBiI_4; detection wavelength were at λs=530nm and λ_R=620nm.Results:The average recovery was 100.5%, RSD was 0.54%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
