摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对病毒清片中大黄素、大黄酚进行含量测定,大黄素的平均回收率为101.5%,RSD=2.03%;大黄酚的平均回收率为98.7%,RSD=1.95%。表明本测定方法可靠性强,具有简便、快速、准确等优点。
The total content of emodin and chrysophanol in Bingduqing tablet were determined. The average recovery of emodin was 101.5% and RSD=2.03%. The average recovery of chrysophanol was 98.7% and RSD=1.95%. The method was found to be highly sensitive, simple, precise and reproducible.
