摘要
目的:观察黄芪注射液作用后日本血吸虫成虫细胞鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性的变化。方法:细胞接种后1周时,分别用浓度为2μg/ml、5μg/ml和8μ/ml的黄芪注射液处理24小时,然后用RPMI-1640加10%小牛血清的培养基培养。用分光光度法测定细胞鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性。结果:浓度为2μ/ml的黄芪注射液处理后第4周时细胞鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性显著增高。结论:黄芪注射液有增强日本血吸虫成虫细胞鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性的作用。
To observe the changes of omithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity in cells from adult Schistosoma japonicum after the cells were treated with Huangqi injection. Methods: The cells were treated with Huangqi injection at the concentration of 2μg/ml, 5μg/ml and 8μg/ml for 24h after the cells being inoculated for one week. Then the cells were cultured with RPM Ⅰ-1640 containing 10% calf senun. ODC activity was detected with spectrophotography. Results: ODC activity enhanced significantly after the cells were treated with Huangqi injection for three weeks. Condusion: Huangqi injection had effects to reinforce ODC activity in the cells.
