摘要
目的:探讨紫金胶囊对哺乳动物免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠脾脏制备成细胞悬液,经培养后制成淋巴细胞涂片,镜检并计算淋巴细胞转化率。结果:小剂量紫金胶囊能显著提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率,但中、高剂量的该药对淋巴细胞转化无显著影响。结论:小剂量的紫金胶囊能促进淋巴细胞转化,增强机体的免疫功能。
To explore the effect of Zijin capsule which is a class 3 new Chinese drug on the immune function of mammal. Methods: First, turning the spleen of mouse into cells suspension. Then, culturing the cells and preparing the lymphocytes to paint slides. Finally, surveying the lymphocytes by light microscope and counting the transformation rate of lymphocytes. Results: Low dose Zijin capsule can increase significantly the lymphocytes transformation rate of mouse, but middle and high dose Zijin capsule can't affect the transformation rate of mouse lymphocytes significantly. Conclusion: Proper dose Zijin capsule can promote the transformation of the lymphecytes, and enhance the immune function of the body.
