该文根据组织设计基本原则 ,结合医疗服务市场的特点 ,探讨医院投资公司组织设计的特征。
In according to the basic principles of organization designing,combine with the marketing mechanism of medical service, this paper discuss the characters of organization designing of hospital investment company, their organization structure and functions at different sectors.
