激光对苏芸金杆菌的影响

摘要 试验以自土壤分离的苏芸金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)Bt—37为出发菌株,选用He-Ne、CO_2和Nd-玻璃激光器,分别对芽孢悬液、营养体悬液和营养体阶段的菌落进行照射。发现三种激光对Bt-37菌株均有致死效应,但致死率各不相同。He-Ne和Nd-玻璃激光能促进菌体生长,芽孢、晶体生成提前:CO_2激光对菌体的生长有抑制作用,因而推迟芽孢、晶体生成时间。镜检机光照射后的存活菌落,未发现形态变异,芽孢、晶体生成时间与对照的差异,与用目视激光显微镜的观察结果相吻合。 Different effect on lethality was observed when Bacillus thuringiensis (BT—37) was irradiated by three kinds of laser, He-Ne, CO_2, Nd-glass. The growth rate of colony using He-Ne and Ndglass laser under the suitable power density was obviously increased in comparison with the control. Different polymer forms were discovered with visual laser microscop. He-Ne and Nd-glass laser could impel the vegetative mass of the colony to enter log phase in advance, but the appearance of log phase was delayed when using CO_2 laser.
