摘要
研究了以稻草为原料 ,用改良硫酸法制取糠醛联产复合肥的工艺条件。结果表明 ,用 2 0 %硫酸 (液固质量比为 2 .5∶ 1) ,加入复合添加剂 ( ) (主要成分为磷酸钙、磷酸、重钙、亚硫酸氢钠等 )或 ( ) (主要成分为磷酸、重钙等 )添加比例为 15 %~ 3 0 % (占原料质量分数 )、常压、10 0℃蒸馏 2 h,出醛率达理论出醛率的 70 %~ 80 % ,废渣全部变为中性复合肥料。
The technology of combined producing furfural and complex fertilizer from straw of rice has been studied by sulfuric acid catalysis and adding the complex additive. The results shown that fufural yield is 70%~80% on the theory after two hours of distillation under the normal presser and 100℃ on the following conditions: sulfuric acid 20%, the ratio of liquid to solid 2.5∶1, the additive (Ⅰ) (contained calcium phosphate, phosphoric acid, calcium over\|super phosphate and sodium hydrosulphite, etc) or additive (Ⅱ)(contained calcium over\|super phosphate and phosphoric acid, etc) 15 %∽30%. The all residues have become neutral complex fertilizers.\;
